Live: Follow the Vikings-Washington game with Access Vikings Live – Minneapolis Star Tribune

Vikings take 14-10 lead. TD set up by 38-yarder to Thielen, when Washington has linebacker on him in the slot and Norman on McKinnon out wide.

Diggs’ celebration – leaping onto the goalpost – reminds me of Antoine Winfield’s in New Orleans in regular season under Childress…

So Stefon Diggs can do that to the football, just not the goal post. Got it, I think.

Redskins had 126 yards of offense in the first quarter, held the ball for 10:51.

WAS takes a 10-7 with :08 left in the 1st quarter.

Rob Kelley walking off after a cut that looked like it might do some significant damage to his left knee. Stephen Weatherly forced the fumble, but Kelley ruled down by contact. Whole thing reminiscent of Dalvin Cook’s injury, minus turnover.

WAS converts on 4th down and move to the MIN 8.

Linval lowered his helmet and hit Cousins in the helmet on third-down incompletion. But that’s a penalty in today’s NFL. Need to be smarter.

Anthony Barr got a piece of that Kirk Cousins throw, but Linval Joseph’s roughing penalty keeps the Redskins’ drive alive.

Good blitz pickup from Jerick McKinnon on his first snap of the day, but pressure around the left side of the line forces the first incomplete pass of the game.

Nice awareness and tackle by Waynes to force that three-and-out. And a blunder by Washington WR to false start at home on third-and-three

Well, that was pretty easy. 75 yards in five plays. 51-yarder to Diggs over a twisted-up Norman. Vikings tie it up 7-7.

We’re nearly 7 minutes into the game, and the next incomplete pass by either quarterback will be the first.

So we’ve got Oklahoma-Oklahoma State here at FedEx. 7-7 with 8:18 left in first.

Stefon Diggs got Josh Norman completely turned around with his cut. Norman stumbled, and Keenum put the throw right on the money.

Keenum with a beautiful deep ball to Diggs.

First NFL catch is a one-handed beaut for Washington’s Maurice Harris. 36-yard TD after initial call overturned. Vikes trail 7-0

Washington takes a 7-0 lead with 10:57 left in the 1st quarter.

Washington is challenging the ruling on the field.
